Stagecoach Case Study

The Problem

Stagecoach wanted to better understand non and infrequent bus users who use Stagecoach services, as well as (where applicable) what made them stop using services. They also needed to know more about the awareness levels of Stagecoach’s recent and upcoming initiatives such as “My travel pass” and the Stagecoach bus app and if some form of incentive would entice users to try or return to the service.

The Solution

We carried out face to face research in three key areas of South wales, targeting people at taxi ranks, train stations and car parks, over delivering on our target sample size.



The findings have highlighted opportunities to increase the number of passengers and has helped to strengthen marketing plans going forward
