The Problem

Traveline Cymru needed to better understand their younger demographic and the research was required with a very quick turnaround. They reached out to us for help.

The Solution

We carried out customer satisfaction surveys on board all bus routes and focus groups with 16-24 year olds where they had a chance to give feedback on design decisions on the 16-24 travelcard.



Research carried out here enabled Traveline Cymru to change the way they communicate with their 16-24 year old customers.
